Topic: long tube's on my 95 gt will they scrape

so I have 95 5.0 and lowered. Im running 17" wheels w/245/40 tires so my front is very low. My q? is if I install long tubes will they scrape the floor? never had long tubes before so just tryhing to get some info.

on speed bumps and stuff, maybe. if you go over speed bumps and up driveways at an angle it helps a little

Didn't he just put a cated xpipe he's going to need a mid pipe now keno I had a 84 conv with full leght mac exhaust an the only thing that scraped in speed bumps was the Mac pro chamber mid pipe but the long tubes shouldn't hit

Yup hes having all kinds of exhaust leaks and he really wants LT's already has the mid pipe but ok we ll see wat up. Just trying to help him out.

Faken when we put those shorty mac headers it was already a pain in the ass those lt just have to raise the motor to make them slide in

my '90 notch was lowered and didnt scrape with LT's
and my current '93 is lowered and doesnt scrape unless i get stupid on speed bumps
im saying no....but a lot depends on you

i have bbk long tubes on my 95 cobra and it lowerd but i have 275 40 17s up front its fine no scrapes unless its like those gas caps at gas stations on speed bumbs it dosent it
