Will a v6 power steering rack fit a v8 and are the lines the same? Also do I have to lift the motor to take off the power steering rack? Any help is appreciated.

94-98 steering racks will interchange and have the same connections. (assuming it is the 94 or 95 you have listed)
You will need to undo steering shaft, high pressure hose, return hose, tie rod ends, and the two rack bolts at which time it will come right off.

Do i have to lift the motor or will it slide through that space between the oil pan?
