I just picked up a Paxton SN 2000 Supercharger Kit with upgraded impeller(~8psi) and it came with fms 42lb injectors. I still have to get a maf housing calibrated for the injectors. My engine has stock heads, cam, and intake, but most of the basic bolt ons(bbk shorty headers, off road h pipe, flowmaster delta 40's, bbk CAI, bbk 70mm throttle body/spacer, msd 6al, electric fan, bbk underdrive pullies, 73mm c&l maf housing, k&n filter, walbro 255lph in tank pump etc). I already have a c&l 73mm MAF housing and the calibration tube for 36/38lb injectors(which i believe is the largest size injector you can run on this housing).
My question is: Should I upgrade to a 76/80mm housing to use the 42lb injectors, or just buy some 36/38lb injectors and use my 73mm housing(I already have the 36/38lb calibration tube)?
I plan on purchasing a pro-m maf once I rebuild my bottom end and put my trick flow heads, hitechmotorsport custom cam, and holley systemx intake manifold on it, but I need something to get me by for now that isn't super expensive.
Thanks in advance
