Just installed ram hdx stage 2 clutch kit, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, bearing retainer, & flywheel, added royal purple max atf. Bites great! Only problem i thnk is clutch pedal is really low, i let off maybe 3centimeters less than 1/2 an inch the clutch is fully released. Im not having grinding issues or problems getn it into gear. Just not used to it. If i install a clutch cable quadrant and fire wall adjuster wouldnt it just lift the pedal higher and not have anything to do w/ the release of the clutch. Does anybody have the same clutch if so is it made like that, Or whats the problem

I know of the different pedal feel, i just thought that was refering to hard being stiff and soft being not alotta pressure to push down. the install finished at 4pm today and stalled out more than enough times on the way home. just drove it right now and im already used to it now, just thought it was abnormal that the pedal was low and there was an adjustment for it idk

(Side note) so u have a 306, the previous owner to my car said i have a 306, a 302 rebuilt makes it a 306 right ? I verified on the side of the block theres a stamp on it stating its been remanufactured back in 2005. What is the horsepower/torque on it now? Or whats the good about a 306
