Does anyone know if there is a difference between the heater box's of an a/c car vs a non a/c car? Is a non a/c box smaller or did ford use the same box for both and just block of different parts of the box? Specifically on 87-93 fox's because pre-87 cars had a slightly different firewall.

I believe they are different. If you replace a heater core on a fox w a/c you have to remove the dash. But if you replace a heater core on a fox without a/c it's as simple as dropping the glove compartment.
