Something is wrong with my electrical where I don't get no power to the car at all and also went I hook it up to jumper cables they just get real hot and start smoking. Does that mean I have to get my whole electrical system rewired and if so how much does that run?

it can be something simple like your grounds....i doubt your whole harness needs replacing
