I have an 85 Mustang Gt it's carbeurated, I just picked it up I am wondering if it use to be an EFI and he switched to carb can I still smog?

'85 was the last year of the Carb. The HO's were carbed, the non-HO's had CFI.

My 85 isnt an ssp or an auto and it was H.O carb.
