For a stock engine, 1.7's are a better mod than a camshaft change. The 1.7's and GT40 intake will be a nice 10-15 hp increase, provided that the engine is healthy.

The engine is healthy! drive it every other month to LA and doesnt burn any oil! compression test turned out well! only oil leak is from valve covers! What kind of rocker arms would you recomend?

yea my buddy just bought the set off of me a few hours ago!! im looking more towards the "comps" or "proforms" depending on funds! i have read bad reviews on proforms though.

Should i change out valve springs with fresh ones?
