Author Topic: 1986 GT Power Problem. GT510 ¯ Member # 9172 posted                              My car idol alright with i fire up when i try to put it in gear it starts to lose power and dash and headlights start flickering. I replaced the Starter Coil and postive cable to battery. I also have the right battery size group 56. Any suggestions? -------------------- Nothing but dust in the wind! It was the ground connection cable the flat ground wire that is suppose to be bolted to the block at the bottom was sparking when the engine was running and i seen it was bad hook up. -------------------- Nothing but dust in the wind!
