I'M GOING TO DO FULL EXHUAST, AND A VORTECH BLOWER, AND 3.73
MY QUESTIONS ARE, WHICH BLOWER 2 USE? WHAT EXHUAST? HEADERS, MUFFLERS, PIPING? AND WHAT ELSE NEEDS TO BE DONE TO REACH 500HP?

Make sure you do some work on the transmission, im not sure what the CHP cars came with but the stock 4r70w's that came on a lot of those 4.6's are JUNK, shift kit, and a tranny cooler are a must at the very least or that thing is going to fall apart in a matter of weeks.

You're going to need a least a T-trim to make 500 rwhp along with plenty of supporting mods, motor work (you better swap those pistons and rods!) and the transmission will need to be built if you plan on it lasting.
If you want to do it on the cheap, S-trim, 60's, 75hp shot, stall converter, and a spot-on tune. Make sure you have AAA towing for the first nitrous backfire...it'll make a mess of that intake.

T-trim, aftercooler, big Mass Air, big thottle body and plenum, ported heads, cams, longtubes, full exhaust, fuel pump, injectors, plugs, coils, and a GOOD tune...
a built bottom end would be nice... but i don't think you'll need it if the boost is reasonable and the tune is awesome...

IMHO, i'd go with an ATI Procharger over a T-trim tho... D-1SC...
Air-to-Air intercooling FTW!
