I want to put one of those Taurus electic fans on the coupe. What year Taurus do they come off of? I was told that 4X4 Jeeps use the same fan too. Can anyone confirm that? Does it bolt directly on to the stock radiator just like shroud does? And lastly, does anyone have one for sale?

i got one out of a 93 i think it was, it had a 3.8L in it, i just got that and some of the radiator zipties that pull through the radiator from auto zone. and remember the fan has a low and high speed.

have the same fan in my car as well, i also got a fan relay kit from Jegs but the one they gave me was really weak and the fuse kept blowing out so i ended up having to make my own with a 50 amp in line fuse and 2 power lines to switch between low and high speed

If you're going to do your fan i would also suggest upgrading to a 130 amp alternator

I have a couple of Lincoln MK8 fans available with the pigtail connector that are in EXCELLENT CONDITION. High flow and VERY popular conversion. You will need to trim the shroud and use a temp controller for best results.
