finally got a 93 cobra now how do i find out what number it is and can i get a new certificate of authenticity mine unfortunately seems to have been lost over the years oh how bout a window sticker do they make reproductions of those anybody know where i should start??

Call 1-800-FORD-788, give them the last 6 digits of your VIN. They can tell you the build number. Most likely, you can't get the certificate for it until you've registered it in your name. They will ask for a fax of your registration.
Hope your VIN has the letter "D" in it... ![[Wink]](wink.gif)

thats one way i was told to check if its real check for the d in the vin amongst many others and believe you me i picked that car apart the only bad thing is the youngster who traded me the cobra sold the fan blade wheels about a week before i got it (or even knew i was going to be in the market for the trade)and unfortunately now she rides on 17" black ever so common cobra r's and i cant find or find a reasonable price on those damn fan blades.......and im not really gonna am i? ![[Mad]](mad.gif) ! (disappointing till i realize its still a real 93 cobra haha ![[Smile]](smile.gif) ) thanks

you're in luck, i was just contacting a guy off of craiglists who has very clean oem 93 cobras for sale, $600. let me try to find the link for you. i almost picked up the set for $500 with his extra set of tires. i didn't buy them b/c i didn't want to use spacers to make it flush.

well thanks yall i swear as soon as i can find my little digital camera ima have a some good shots usually id just do it on my camera phone but i dont have a data transfer cable AND it wont even send pics to my e-mail so i can put em on that way trust me ida had em on day one i think that god guy is messin with me cause im all about lots of pics of my cars in fact i do believe everytime i wash my car she gets a photo shoot but fear not commin soon.......ill have to say that (obviously) the 96 cobra i traded for this 93 cobra was way faster but this car is my little pinnacle theyve always been somethin outta my reach and now after all this time (twelve years and 5 mustangs later) i own it and someone told me im gonna get that car and its not gonna be all i fantasized it to be and ill have to say it they were right its actually way better than what i thought it was going to be it may not be the fastest car ever made but for the first time EVER i smile when i tell someone its basicly bone stock ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) ![[burnout]](graemlins/burnout.gif) ![[worship]](graemlins/worship.gif)
