I wanted to install a radiator fan switch while still using the stock relay. Is this possible? There are times when Im stuck in traffic and my car heats up more than I'd like, so I'd like the option of being able to turn the fan on manually.

Can it be done with a stock electric fan on my 96? I don't know if there are any extra terminals to plug into. Can I just splice into the positive side [Confused]

Yes it can be done by taking one of the leads at the computer connector that comes from the CCRM module. Google is your friend :-)

I have had this done to my 97 for many years and works great.

Thanks! Does this completely bypass the automatic on/off function, or will it still work if my switch is set to the OFF position?

Also, do you know what color wire #46 is?
