i have a ford motorsport svo upper manifold that i traded for my stock 94 cobra manifold. problem is that on the bottom my upper cobra manifold, it had the lil hole in the center of the runners. i guess for exhaust gasses. the one i have now there is no hole. can i just drill in a hole and slap it on????

If i remember correctly that is for the EGR, and we have the same problem on my buddies car and it ran like sh!t with out it until we swap out the manifold for one that had it, I think you could only get away with it on a fox body but not 94-95...
