i have a question.so i have stock e7 heads on my 87 vert,but im replacing them with some gt40p heads.i have a 512 comp cam with stock push rods also.do i have change the pushrods too or will they be ok?.and do i have to put new head bolts?

yes you need new head bolts

you should build a pushrod length checker (google it) to make sure your stock pushrods will be the right length.

i would change the springs too, u will coil bind
