I have a problem with starting. I turn the key on and hear the fuel pump prime up, but then when I turn it to start I hear like a stutter click on the starter relay but then all the lights go out on the dash and nothing happens. No start or anything.
This happens with 2 different batteries. Any ideas? [ May 28, 2008, 11:11 PM: Message edited by: 7-Up Man ]

solenoid? but it cold be connections. make sure that they are absolutely clean. Are the batteries new? and if so did you hav them checked? I've seen them bad right off the shelf when I was working in the shop. Check your connections at the grounding point, and at the positive on the starter.

What kind of battery? stay away from those cheapies, they sound like a good deal but it usually bites you in the butt. also check for any other problems that might be draining the battery. let me know what you find I'm always looking for info.

+1 check all your grounds. Also check the connection to the starter. Make sure your terminal connections are tight
