what else can i do to make my 5.0 faster? keep in mind its a cobra, so i dont really need an intake, mass air, tb, or injectors.

got so far

-gears
-cai
-e cam
-full exhaust

and just ordered intake spacer and pulleys. anything else i can do next besides heads?

There aren't too many more bolt ons left that you can add. You can try increasing your timing a bit (if you haven't already done so).

I would consider adding a super charger if your motor is in good shape. Otherwise the next thing is upgraded heads. If you decide to do the heads you should have the lower intake ported while you are at it.

the gasket match should be worth it on anything. Why not pick up a set of stock heads for cheap and budget build them? you can build them up on the side then swap in a day for less downtime. I'll even give ya a free street port job if you want. I wouldn't do the water pump if this is a street car, and as far as deleting the a/c on a real cobra, I would just be clean about it and keep everything in a box so it can be changed back later.

im not a hands on guy, so gasket matching and the building heads on the side and swapping wont happen. just gonna wait for the AFR's which shouldnt be too too long. ya its a street car so no waterpump i guess
