is it really worth it to have an aluminum<sp driveshaft. i have a brand new one in the box and i have mods done to the 89gt but was wondering if i should put it on or sell it.

ya put that thing on. less rotating mass to spin to get to the rearend. i have one on my svo. lol. i need what all i can get out of this little thing.

yeah i just installed one on my 88 gt and i'll be honest with you I didn't notice any gain at all of anything. But hey it might just be the car. I can't imagine they would make something that doen't make a difference at all. So why not put it on you have nothing to lose.

An aluminum ds is supposed to really help when you get gears. I had a horrible vibration in my car and went ahead and installed a alum ds. Car purs now.

There is no reason to sell it if you don't already have one installed on your car. #1 reason is price. They went from $150 new to like $250+ new. Cost of metal has gone way up if ya'll haven't noticed. #2 they are lighter #3 stronger #4 do you really need more reasons?
Just put it in...only takes 30 min. and gives you a great reason to flush and fill your tranny fluid while your there.
