Main bearing bolts will be 60-70 ft.lbs. Connecting rod bolts will be 19-24 ft.lbs.

It depends on what they were torqued to when everything was machined. Are they stock 5/16" rod bolts?

If its a 331 then it probably has aftermarket parts.
When the 331 kit that I bought from coast came it had the specs. It was 2002 so about 5 years ago and I cant remember i think it was 42ft/lbs on the rods (ultra light rods, cap screw)
It depends on design also. Cap screw or nut etc.
But stock 302 specs are listed above and correct.
