What kind of heads? Stock or aftermarket? I have heard really good things about TEA.

I want to see if porting my stock heads from my 85 GT is even worth it.

Probably not. You are better off buying a set of used GT-40, GT-40P iron heads, or a good used set of aluminum heads.

You'll spend a few hundred on porting your heads and you will only end up with a set of ported stock heads that won't make as much horse power as a set of non-ported aluminum heads. If you spend a bit more money and get aluminum heads you will make more power out of the box AND you can port them later to make even more power.
