I am trying to find out if 94-95 spindles are different from 96-98 spindles? I just got my Baer Brake kit for my 88 GT and Baer and Maxium Motorsport says SN95 spindles are different from 96-98 and have a bad bumpsteer problem even when using a bumpsteer kit but Steeda says there is no difference. Does anybody know?

96+ spindles push each wheel out an additional 8mm compared to 94-95 spindles.
Every internet source out there says that 94-95 spindles preserve stock track width. Not true. I have done a number of 5 lug conversions and I estimate that the 94-95 spindles increase the track by about 1/4" per side compared to stock 87-93 spindles. This is consistent with many experiences that corral guys have had. If you want a second or third opinion, I can provide you with references.
The 94-95 spindles have a curved tie rod arm so they usually require a bump steer kit. The 96+ spindles have a straight arm like stock 87-93, so often times you can get away with no bump steer kit.
Also, be aware that sn95 refers to 94-04. So just saying sn95 spindles could mean anything. Most people use 94-95 spindles so they avoid increasing their track by 16mm total with the 96+ spindles.
Good Luck lee.

for what?
Too many variables.
what rims? what size? what backspacing? Is it lowered? Are the fenders rolled? What size tires? Do you have a bump steer kit? What is your front suspension set-up?

I'm going with the Maximum Motorsports "MAXXIM" rim, wich is 18 x 8.5 and 13mm off set. I have a Bumpsteer kit if I need to use it. I also have MM K-Memeber. I have not yet bought my Tubular A arms, because I've heard I should buy them to match the year of the spindles that I'm useing.
Any ideas?
Thanks
