if you are gonna go through the trouble of p/p'ing the stock 97 heads, might as well put the 01+ heads/intake, more potential too, especially if you p/p those heads, maybe throw some cams in there along with it! [Big Grin]

Anyways, go with the PI swap! [patriot]

ok i just bought a set of heads and intake of a 03 GT. now, when i install these do i use the cams on the PI heads or transfer over my stock cams from my non PI heads?...or are they the same?...whats what do i torque these bad boys at?...also will these simply bolt on to my blok or do i need something else?....i already have new gaskets for them and i got some really cool polished bbk valve covers...thanks a bunch....Zak

The heads will bolt directly to the block and yes use the cams that are already on the 03 heads, as far as any other questions you should get a hold of RED00GT(glenn) he did the swap on his 97GT when he had it.

i did the swap on my 98 when i had it, but had a shop do it. You will definately love the new power your car will produce if done right. Next you should put some gears and sticky tires on and be on your way to a 13 second time slip inthe 1/4mile [patriot]
