Hey you guys know if this is the same- or just as good as the Edelbrok Performer Intake Manifold???? My buddy has one for dirt cheap, I was just wondering if it was worth it???? I never used one, The car that is about to go on is soon to be a carb 2 EFI conversion- TTT (JUST NEED THE MANIFOLD TO END THE PROJECT) [patriot]

I have this intake on my car and i love it. The ports and runners on it are the same as an edelbrock, you actually have to order upper plenium gaskets for an edelbrock if you need new ones for the typhoon. And it comes polished, which is the one i have, looks way better than the plain silver one.

Edelbrock has the better quality control, but the Typhoon will make as much power at a lower price-->

I ran 11.90 at 115 w/ it (the one in the article) on the motor.
