Plastic line that goes to the EGR Valve comes from a tree of vacume lines. Which lines suck and which ones blow? Also "when" do they engadge? Cold, warm, wot, all the time...? I think I have some vacume issues. [ January 21, 2006, 02:20 PM: Message edited by: Jdub07 ]

The EGR valve should remain closed while the engine is cold and at idle...It should only open once the engine has warmed up and is running at part-throttle...
The only thing that should "blow" is yo mama ...

Thats a good link...
Yeah, JDUB have you checked the EVR?(EGR Vacuum Regualtor)*see diagram in above link...
Let us know if the actual EGR valve was the problem...

How do I 'check' it? I know I can just replace it but is there another way to test it to see if that is the culprit?
