I have 89 stang with a 306 supercharged with trick flow intake,70mm tbody, 24 pound injecter with match fmu,gt-40 heads with 1.7 roller rockers my problem is the idle. If i come up to a light an if i stay at the light for over 5mins my idle first drops to around 600 to 550 rpm an starts moving up and down .I have tryed everything even brought the idle plate i have done the idle setting the right way. any help would be helpful. Even set the tps clean mass airflow meter.

You could have a vaccum leak. Check all the vacuum lines and also make sure your intake tube is secured properly.
Are you getting any codes? What kind of mass air are you using?

Just curious.. How did you fix it? Did you re-clock the MAF or replace it?
