What would cause the fluid to turn milky? The pump is a few months old, and loud as hell. Ive been adding fluid, because somehow its coming out over the top. Im at a loss, and would hate to have another bad pump. Thanks.

air bubbles will make it look milky, gotta bleed it

id belive from on of the ps lines?ill try to find out but somebody will probably beat me to it. or you can do a flush on it at a shop that has the machine [patriot]

sounds like a blown headgasket [Razz]

i think to bleed the power steearing you undo one of the lines (the return line probably), turn the car on and turn the wheel lock to lock. make sure you keep the fluid full or you have to start over.
