Do you mean a 427 FE? Then yes, it will fit, because '67 was the first year of the big block in a Mustang (390). However, you'll be hard pressed to find a 427 FE. They're different blocks than the 390 or 428. The 427 had a much larger bore than either of those motors. Plus you'll spend a ton of money for parts.
Some company (can't remember) just came out with a new 351w based block that can accomodate 460 cubes. I say you go that way. ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

a 427fe is very expensive and hard to find, cool motor but not worth the $$
