what color are the stock gauge pointers in a fox gauge cluster (at night)?
is there a way to change the color of the pointers? I just put white face overlays in mine, and never even thought about the white pointers on a white background and being able to see them during the day :blam:
anyways, the guage overlays are electroluminescent, so no light shines thru it makes it's own light. I don't know what color the pointers light up at night either.
I like the look of the bright orange pointers I see on aftermarket gauges and other cars (I think newer mustangs have them too?) it's a long shot, but does anyone make replacement pointers in different colors?

this is what the gauge overlays look like on and off

any help is appreciated!

I have a kit that will make the needles light blue. It was sooo hard to find. I found it on ebay. It looks like a custom kit. To use it you have to screw little holes on the back the needles base(the black circle part that hold the needle)and insert the blue led light. I still have the kit and am waiting to install it once I get my carbon fiber overlay.
Good luck. [patriot]
