So fixed that nasty little headlight problem, but upon fixing when I pulled the 10a fuse that had the airbag diagnostic and it blew, and that set off a DTC code 52 I believe (somebody please confirm this with me.... blinks 5 times, pause, then blinks twice).
I replaced the fuse and it hasn't blown again, but now I just want to get rid of the airbag light (if I replaced the fuse and it is still good, the probelm is fixed correct?)
I was given this link, but not sure if I am deciphering the problem correctly:

I just have to use a jumper wire on that little terminal under the glove (says 94-95 but I'm assuming still there on a 98), correct?

Nevermind, got under the glove and did the jumper trick, and fixed it. Thank God I didn't go through changing a god damn clock spring when this is all I had to do.
