1. Can you replace the sideways taillight with the up and down ones?
2. How much does a 94 GT convertable wieght?

keep the 94-95 lights, your will need to splice in a diffrent plug for the 96-98 lights to work.

Actually there is a harness conversion so no splicing is required. The lights are a direct bolt-in.
