what is the easiest way to roll the fender or cut it or whatever any tips so i dont screw up the paint or anything thanks

wrap a baseball bat with a towel till you have it thick enought to the cleareance you have from the tire to fender (or something thinner if you have a slammed car)
Then simply roll the car back and forth gently moving the bat to the shape of the fender.

Yeah, the old baseball bat trick works good...Just be patient and do it right...
