Has anyone used these before? http://www.calcarcover.com/product.aspx?id=129&cid=29
I've never seen them til now. I'm wondering if anyone here has used this and has anything good or bad to say about it. I think it appeals to me since I often store my car for long periods of time without firing it up. I'm sure it doesn't work any better than my trusty wrench, but it does help on the lazy factor I guess. [ October 13, 2004, 10:14 PM: Message edited by: 88gt ]

They are sweet because it makes changing out your battery a cinch! I would have gotten one but I discovered the battery shut off switches for drag racing and they do the same thing but are certified. Although, for 11.99, it is sure a bargain.

Your link is to the car covers. If you are talking about the dis-connect with the green knob, then the answer is yes. I have one on my car. The only trouble I have with mine is when I turn it on I have to really crank it down, or the car will not start.

I fixed the link now, thanks for pointing that out.
Anyone else have any experience with this? It sounds good but I was worried about how great the connection really is with them.
