Hey guys, a buddy of mine is about to buy some TFS heads (not sure which yet), TFS street heat intake, BBK throttle body, BBK Cold Air Induction, and some long tube headers.

Can he use stock length pushrods (6.250") or does he have to get shorter or longer ones?

Thanks in advance for the help!

EDIT: Can I fill my T5 with fluid through the shifter hole?

No, they require longer pushrods. The internet is a great thing:

you can fill your t5 if you take the shifter off

And you will need hardened pushrods, probably .100" longer than stock, but you can measure the geometry with an adjustable pushrod length checker, and yes you can fill the t5 through the shifter opening. Put in a little under 3 quarts and then open the fill hole on the side and let the excess drain out so you have the proper level.

Speaking of pushrod length, what can I use 6.400" pushrods for? I have a brand new set of Lunati's in my garage and nothing to do with them.
