Hey guys...how large of a hole do I need to drill for a 2 5/8" AutoMeter gauge? Thanks.

2" Inch hole will be nice and snug.

Where are you trying to drill, why not just use a pod instead of hole-sawing your dash apart?

I am making a plate to go over the hole where my radio is suppose to be, 4 toggles & a fuel pressure gauge.
