Will a 5.0 start with 42# injectors with No regulator on the return line.. So just two 255lphs feeding the lines. I need to move it 40 yards.

do u mean the return side pluggeed or wide open to the return line

if its plughed it will run pig rich at about 70psi, and possible wash the cylinders enough to hurt something. but probably not

or wideopen it will run at about 15psi max, and will run so lean that i might not even start, and could cause damage

just like black9450 said, push it, buy a 12 pack and get 2-3 friends to help
