I put in my motor and bolted everything up. motor runs great but when i hooked up the tranny linkage it won't move. i bolted the converter to the flexplate, maybe the converter disengaged from the tranny?

UPDATE: It is a 67 mustang with a 460 and a c6. I pulled the pan this morning and moved the linkage by hand. Everything seems to be fine. I disconnected the tranny cooler and fluid was pumping out. Not sure what problem is.
