Topic: Is it better to have rims balanced with the weights on the inside or both out and in?

I prefer to not see any of the weights, but have never really heard that this was not the best way to balance a tire/rim. Am I the only one who always foolishly requests static balancing?

inside, outside, lip, etc....... Doesn't matter where they are balanced, as long as they are.

I need new tires put on my powder coated rims...there is no way i'm letting whomever does it put weights on the outside!

Ditto man, my weights are on the inside of the rim, and I love how it looks
