Topic: Is it better to have rims balanced with the weights on the inside or both out and in?

I prefer to not see any of the weights, but have never really heard that this was not the best way to balance a tire/rim. Am I the only one who always foolishly requests static balancing? ![[Confused]](confused.gif)

inside, outside, lip, etc....... Doesn't matter where they are balanced, as long as they are.

I need new tires put on my powder coated rims...there is no way i'm letting whomever does it put weights on the outside! ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)
