ok. I just intalled a new clutch and now i think my rear main seal is leaking. My Question is when i take the clutch and flywheel off, do i have to put them back on in exactly the same place?

the flywheel is indexed and only goes on one way. if it makes you feel better you can mark where it goes so you don't get it wrong,
if the bolts don't hand start easily you've got it wrong.

Did you use a sealant on the flywheel bolts such as loctite?
