Theres an idle screw right under the throttle body. If you adjust the idle you must also re-adjust your tps sensor voltage

You need to adjust the tps with a meter.

First disconnect your IAC sensor (round cylinder sensor) on the side of the throttle body, then adjust your idle...

Once you've done that adjust your TPS (other sensor on the throttle body) by loosening the 2 screws slightly...With a volt meter at idle the TPS should be around .88-.98...The way to test the TPS with a volt meter is to find the green wire on the TPS and put the postive probe in there and then just ground your other probe on the battery ground....
