I have a 98 GT, beleive the fuel pump went out. I dont have the owners manual to see exactly what fuse is for the fuel pump, anyone tell me exactly which fuse it may be?
On another note, we can hear the relay click but no hum from the pump, if the relay is getting power the fuse should be good, right?

Ok well heres what to do. Right under the rear of the tank you'll see a harness. It's clipped onto the body of the wheel well. Pull the harness connection apart and hook up a multimeter to the fuel pump lead. On your car It's the fat pink wire with a black strip. Check for 12 V there. If it's not there with the key on the problem is from there forward. Another thing to check is the fuse panel under the hood. I think there is a fuse in that box for the fuel pump. If all else fails take a battery or a charger and run it to the connector in the back that I mentioned (pink wire) and ground the ground. This will run direct power to the pump. If it doesn't turn it on the pumps bad or the connection at the pump is bad.
