I used to use the TDC method for adjusting my rockers. Today I ran across this method which is MUCH quicker!

Be carefull with this method. Larger cams & different firing orders will fuck you up!

I'd better clarify a little bit... After doing the math, 95% of the cams out there on the street will work with this method. Larger cams like solid roller setups you may run into trouble...depending on size, advance, retard, LSA, etc. This is also for the HO firing order only.
