WANTED TO KNOW IF THIS IS A GOOD SET UP FOR 300+ ALL MOTOR OR W/ NITROUS ANY SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE 300+ ALL MOTOR PLEASE POST HERES THE SET UP.

No problem.

They flow about 177intake and 142 exhaust @.600 lift

And have 60 cc's

They're about the same as gt-40's from my understanding but those specs are for a 351w

Depending on what year 351w heads they are..they may be 302 heads.

Sure..all 351w's after 80-81 came with 302 heads to boost compression..and save costs for Ford.

the gt40 head on a 1st gen lightning "351w" had larger combustion chambers right, i thought they had like an extra 6 cc's

Best I can remember, the GT-40's were all the same. (except for the head bolts)
Difference in the CC volume was due to the dished piston.
