Well for those of you that know what Im doing, here's a lil' update:
Thanks to JohnB's help thrashing late last Thursday, I not only have the 351 IN my engine bay but I also have my 8.8" w/ 3.73s installed in my car's rear end. This works well for me as I am on a timeline to get this project completed thanks to the city of Davis. I still have to install my rear springs and reattach the rear shocks, so at this point Im looking to see if I can't find some aftermarket springs on the cheap while I've got mine out. If not I'll just end up reinstalling my stockers. The 351, while physically IN the engine bay still needs to be hooked up to everything and have it's accessories installed. It looks SHARP in there with the cleaned up GT-40s, the shiny new MSD Pro Billet, and the Edelbrock intake. The only thing left I need enginewise is a set of tall valve covers, or I need to modify mine to clear the 1.7s where the oil fill cap is. Once that stuff is done all I gotta do is hook up the driveshaft, fill everything up with some fluids.... and
