I installed my exhaust and sense the X pipe doesn't have a hole in it I have a smog pipe/hose next to the passenger header that leads to nothing? should this be left to open air? or sealed off or what?

Its the output of the smog pump.... I don't think it matters much either way.

You dont need it. Just take it off and plug where it disconnects by the spark plugs. Youll always throw a certain code (right side thermactor-code 44 I think) the car will still run fine though.

Yes, I believe that part will be under vaccum and you wont want to suck anything in there.
