i heard that a 1993 mustang had the option of abs... how hard would it be to install abs in a car... kinda like doing a retro fit or something.... thanks

No such option.

There are MANY aftermarket kits available, BUT I have NEVER heard anything good about them. 2 of the cars burned down from the kits, so I heard. The kits are and have been available for many years and they are pretty inexpensive. That being known and the fact that NO ONE around me has EVER had one and I have NEVER heard anything good about them, I would pass.

There is a guy over on the corral that has ABS on his '86 GT. His screen name is 'stangPlus2Birds'. I know he did the install himself from junkyard parts and it is apparently working very well for him.

Hell I would not do it. I work for ford and I think you would be asking for more trouble than what it is worth. You would need a ABS modual wheel speed sensors and HCU hydralic control unit along with all the correct wiring. This is one big can of worms If you do it keep us posted.
