What is the better MAF and why?

I alwasy thought Pro-M was the way to go - and I am not sure why.

But I was talking to Dugan Motorsports last week and he said C&L is better than ProM - the guy said it just works better. Their Power Pipe a CL MAF and a big Filter is the way to go.

What are your guys thoughts?

Any Dynos with both - differences?

Thanks

For apex to tune the car, I think you have to have a Pro-M. Thats just what I hear, ive never had a tune. [patriot]

Pro-M.. My idle problems stopped when I went from a C&L to a Pro-M.. also places like fordchip will not tune a C&L via mail because the flow rates are so inconsistant on them.

I am sold on Pro-M..

I have a Pro-M 75mm Bullit....It took me atleast 3 times of me sending it back to get re-calibrated to get it right....In the end they just sent me an Optimizer box to calibrate it myself...

I have friends (5.0 and 4.6) with C&L with the Power Pipe set up and they have had no problems with the MAF at all....

I heard Pro-M is better for some of the same reasons listed above and you can just buy a sample tube to re-calibrate it incase you change injectors instead of having to send it back to the company for them to do it.

I would buy C&L again. Noticable HP! Easy Install and if anyone tells you people buy C&L because its cheaper than Pro-M they may be smokin crack. [patriot] as for the tuning I have no idea you may want to go with the Pro-M if certain shops will tune you car with only that.
Get a mustang mag make some and compair the two, then get what will suit your needs the best.

No, C&L has the changable sampling tubes, not Pro-M.
