Whats the difference between the Bilstein HD shocks & the Bilstein axle wrap shocks?

I have 98 V6 (daily driver), Im planning on replacing the shocks & struts with Bilstein.
With shocks do I want? Looking to stiffen the car up.

Thanks Matt

If all you want to do is stiffen up the car, why not get some lowering springs? They'll improve the look and stiffen up the car at the same time.

Yes I do plan on getting C-springs.
Im going to replace the factory shocks & struts with the Bilstein Heavy duty ones. Should I also get the axle wrap bilsteins? Or will that be a waste of money?
