I have done some research and have found that I can run the 5.5" backspacing wheels or the 6.5"
I am planning on running the:

26"x10.50" ET Drags

Mounted on Weld Draglights:

15"x10"

What would be the better offset?> I do have the quarter panels rolled> to allow wider tires> but dont want to take a big risk of going to far out> the car bottoming out on launch> and cutting up a sidewall and seriously endangering myself.
Thanks for any help [Big Grin]

You need to run the 6.5" BS. Depending on what year the solid axle is from(axle length) and what brakes are on the rear of your car you may need to run a 1/4" spacer.

Right on> thanks for the reply! From what I understand> the difference between the 98 rear axles and the 99's are 3/4"> I have the 99 rear end 8.8
I do have the 99 cobra brakes> in the back> just like the bullit has> but Im preety sure that 15" slicks will work> I have done some searches on corral> but everyone gives different information.

Harold, I have Draglites 15x10 with 6 1/2inch BS and 26x11.5 ET Streets I have no problems with them and my car is lowered with sportlines. No rubbing on the launch or the TopEnd. And my car has seen a couple of 1.69 60fts thanks to Drew [Wink]
