Whats the differnce between the walbro 255 high pressure compared to the walbro 255??? Which one would someone use with 24lbs injectors?

The high pressure version flows substantially more fuel at higher pressures. Both flow 255lph at 40psi, but at 80psi, the high pressure version flows nearly double what the standard does.
You can't really over-fuel a 5.0 with an in-tank pump. The high pressure 255 is good for ~450RWHP.

Not too much, but every few lph counts. It could be the difference between going lean or burning a hole in your piston:
