Easy to do all you have to do is remove the tranny pan. Take off the valve body and seperator plate. Just drill a couple holes in the seperator plate and replace some springs inside the valve body and then put it back together. I belive the Trans go gives you WOT shifts into 4th. My B&M doesnt. The trans go is around $100 and the B&M would run you somewhere around $50.

Yeah the Trans go's are better and are little harder to install and are also a harsher shift around town wich also puts more wear and tear on your transmission. I did my shift kit very easyly and I am sure the trans go is the same.

I have never worked on a car like yours. I did myne on my 1991 stang which would be a AOD. Yours is electronically controlled so it would be a bit harder. I would reccomend having someone that has done one on your car before do it for you.

for everyones information a shift kit prolongs the life of your trans it is in no way bad for it faster upshifts don't use the clutch packs to cushon the upshift like a stock shift....
defenately go with the transgo you can really wear out the overdrive band when your on it in 3rd and then you let off so it shifts and has this really slow upshift into 4th.
